Please reschedule, cancel, or change anything about your service 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made within 24 hrs of appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of service YOU booked. • Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) result in a charge equal to full service, and will be banned from future bookings • Please take into consideration that each appt. is timed for chosen service YOU booked. If you are more than 10 min late, please understand that I may not be able to accomodate and take you in. You will have to book a new appointment online and will be charged half the service you did not make it to. I understand life happens but also understand this is my business and I rely on that time and money. I may not be able to accommodate the services you chose with the correct timing. Out of consideration for salon and artist, along with liability and safety issues no guest or children are allowed at any circumstances! • A credit card is required for new clients to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to card on file.
